Everyone remember our boy Gunner from last week? He's the guy who was shot with a BB gun. Well, he's ready for adoption! Gunny is amazing. Like for real. He was stuck in a poison ivy patch last week and rescued by a good samaritan, who brought him to us. We removed the BB from his head, gave him a bath, lots of food and TLC and boy is he ready for love! Gunner is approx. 7 years old, but don't let that fool you. He acts like a puppy...filled with life, energy and playfulness. As you can see from this picture, he's very affectionate and loving and is just so happy to be with people. He's especially happy to have his very own couch...err we mean person! We don't know what happened to our sweet boy, how he found himself lost, shot, skinny and alone. We do know that he's brave and courageous and is really just the best boy ever! Please, give Gunny his happy ever after! Show him that he is worth every ounce of love in the world and that he will never be shot again. Come and fall in love with him straight away, at the AWSOM shelter in Stroudsburg, PA. We're open every single day from 11-5. Age of Dog: Approx. 7 years All of our adult dogs at AWSOM are spayed or neutered and fully vaccinated prior to adoption. AWSOM will pay for puppies to be spayed and neutered when they are old enough and that is covered by our adoption fee. We will honestly represent our animals to the public.
